OUR STORY
Northway Plumbing and Gas—formerly known as E.J. Northway & Son—has been a proudly South Australian family business since 1946. Originally established by Ernest John Northway and later joined by his son Ronald, the business has passed through four generations and remains one of the few companies from its era still operating today.
Now operating under a new name, Northway Plumbing and Gas, we’ve embraced a fresh identity to better reflect our core focus on plumbing maintenance—both domestic and commercial—while staying true to the heritage and values that have carried us through nearly 80 years of service.
The business is now proudly operated by three siblings: Brett and Grant Calladine, who serve as Directors, and Stacey Calladine, our Office Manager. Together, they continue the Northway legacy with a focus on quality workmanship, clear communication, and customer care.
